Surrounded by mountains and blessed with abundant natural resources, the city of Takayama in Gifu Prefecture is home to diverse local cuisine that makes use of the blessings of nature. This is a place where you can purchase original bento boxes from the bento shop "Kinkikan" in Takayama. Hirata Sake Brewery was established in 1895 (Meiji 28). We are dedicated to handcrafting sake, and our motto is "Sake is something to nurture through brewing." We continue to diligently craft Japanese sake with a rich and full-bodied flavor, brewed using the climate and water of the Hida region. This is a corner where you can view furniture from Nisshinmokko, a furniture manufacturer in Takayama City. The furniture from Hida Takayama, which becomes more comfortable to use every day. Please take a look at the furniture that Nisshinmokko has created with the craftsmanship and aesthetic sense inherited from the "masters of Hida" and can only be made by artisans in Hida Takayama.
