Surrounded by mountains and blessed with abundant natural resources, the city of Takayama in Gifu Prefecture is home to diverse local cuisine that makes use of the blessings of nature. This is a place where you can purchase original bento boxes from the bento shop "Kinkikan" in Takayama. We offer two types of bento boxes that are generously filled with Hida beef and the local cuisine of Hida Takayama.・Hida beef roast beef sushi :2000 yen

Bento no Kinkikan

At our main store in Takayama City, we offer a variety of bento boxes, including a long-loved Makunouchi-Bento, a bento box shaped like the traditional gassho-style houses of Shirakawa-go, a World Heritage Site, filled with mountain-based foods.

Hirata Sake Brewery was established in 1895 (Meiji 28). We are dedicated to handcrafting sake, and our motto is "Sake is something to nurture through brewing." We continue to diligently craft Japanese sake with a rich and full-bodied flavor, brewed using the climate and water of the Hida region. These skills and cultural heritage have been passed down to the present day and are utilized in furniture craftsmanship. This is a corner where you can view furniture from Nisshinmokko, a furniture manufacturer in Takayama City. The furniture from Hida Takayama, which becomes more comfortable to use every day. Please take a look at the furniture that Nisshinmokko has created with the craftsmanship and aesthetic sense inherited from the "masters of Hida" and can only be made by artisans in Hida Takayama.
