”Panorama Lounge” and ”Ropeway Lab” reopened on the 4th floor of Nishihotakaguchi Station on Monday, December 15th.
Panorama Lounge is a spot where you can relax indoors while taking in the expansive views of the Northern Alps.
The interior features warm, wood-based spaces, including Hida furniture crafted by Nisshin Mokko using local Hida timber.
Additionally, we have a photo corner where you can enjoy taking commemorative photos, featuring stylish art walls depicting the Northern Alps.
Ropeway Lab is a spot located next to Panorama Lounge that introduces the history of the Shinhotaka Ropeway and the mechanics of how the gondolas operate in a fun and easy-to-understand way. You can see the pulleys actually in motion through the windows.
With the reopening of Panorama Lounge and Ropeway Lab, the renovation of Nishihotakaguchi Station is finally complete.
