The Shinhotaka Ropeway will be extending its operating hours for a limited time as part of the “Evening Cooling Ropeway” event! There are many ways to enjoy this—from taking photos of the mountains at dusk, to relaxing after a hike, to extending your descent time beyond the usual schedule, or even enjoying a drink while gazing at the mountains bathed in the evening light!
Dates: August 12 (Wed) – August 15 (Sat)
Operating Hours: Ropeway No. 2 – Upbound: 4:15 PM / Downbound: 4:45 PM, 6:15 PM
On Friday, August 14, we’ll be hosting a live music performance featuring Chinami Takimoto of Sax Messenger.
*The First Ropeway will not be operating outside of its regular hours.
